The WISCHEMANN Group stands for sophisticated plastic solutions. Our focus is on the development and manufacture of functional sheet systems and customised deep-drawn parts. We support our customers from the initial idea to the finished product and deliver reliably to a wide range of industries. Our solutions are used, for example, in construction, industry, trade, logistics and automotive engineering.

Products and production
Which industries does the WISCHEMANN Group manufacture for?
WISCHEMANN primarily supplies the construction and sanitary industry with functional plastic sheets such as dimpled sheets, system sheets and drainage sheets - for example for surface heating or green roof systems. VACU-form manufactures customised thermoformed parts for numerous industries, including automotive, agriculture, horticulture, solar, construction and packaging. Thanks to a wide range of finishing options, customised solutions are created for the most diverse requirements.
Which plastics do WISCHEMANN and VACU-form process?
Depending on the product, we use polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS) and expanded polystyrene (EPS).
What product dimensions are possible with thermoforming?
Within the WISCHEMANN Group, we can produce thermoformed parts up to a size of 4.60 m x 2.80 m x 1 m.
